Quinney College of Law.  Follow this link and click on the one click download to read through this Professors analysis of MERS and the situation it has created.  There have been plenty of plenty of people ranting about this but until recently it was assumed that these folks were the frauds.  No one could conceive that the the venerable nationwide banking institutions could actually commit systematic fraud.

The Market Ticker by Karl Denninger has some very informational and incendiary posts covering this saga and discussing the issues with MERS.
